Clean and bright Smelling phase: Delicate and complex with aromas of ripe plums and blackberr ies  mas well assembled with wood notes, aromas of sweet spices and toasted so ft In mouth: Fleshy, enveloping and gourmand, with lots of body.  Balanced and aftertaste with memories toasted. Gastronomy: It combines well with big game stews, lamb dishes, roast  suckling pig, etc.. Temperature of consumption: 17º - 19º C Comments: The rating granted to this vintage by the C. R .o fD .
